Introductory managed website pricing is available while we build this service alongside our established video production work.

For larger work, we scope it properly

New pages, redesigns, custom functionality, integrations, ecommerce, copywriting, photography, video production, large content migrations and third-party software costs are not included in the monthly plan. We provide a separate scope and quote before starting those projects.

Built for a long-term partnership

Managed website plans include an initial setup and a 12-month minimum term. This gives us time to build the site properly, keep it current and make meaningful improvements over time.

Your business stays yours

You retain ownership of your domain and all business content you provide, including copy, photos and video. After the minimum term, you can continue with ongoing support or move to another provider through a clear transition process.

Domain registration, business email and paid third-party subscriptions are separate. Work outside small website updates is C$100 per hour and is always approved before it begins.

C$150 one-time per standard page. The monthly fee does not change.

Extra pages use the approved site style and client-supplied content. More than ten total pages, ecommerce, memberships, custom applications and complex integrations require a separate quote.

YWD is primarily a video production agency. That means we understand how founder videos, testimonials, service explainers and project footage should work inside a website, not simply how to embed a video player.

Video is optional. Choose an existing-footage edit or a focused filmed introduction in the package builder. Larger productions are quoted separately.

Your business assets remain yours.

Your domain, brand assets, copy, photographs, analytics and customer data belong to you from the beginning. The 12-month minimum spreads the website-development cost across predictable payments. After that, service continues month to month, and you can stay with YWD or request a transfer to your own hosting and management.

The final service agreement controls the exact ownership, cancellation, transfer and payment terms.
